The acquisition was completed on behalf of a separately managed account, underscoring BGO’s ability to deliver tailored investment opportunities for institutional clients.
The transaction represents one of Canada’s largest non-portfolio industrial sales of 2025, highlighting continued investor demand for prime logistics and supply chain assets. Strategically located near Highway 401, Highway 407, and the Milton GO station, the property is positioned to serve as a critical hub for tenants such as Relay Logistics.
