Expanding on their west-end project portfolio, Hullmark, together with BentallGreenOak, recently published a proposal for a heritage informed multi-use residential development at 340 through 376R Dufferin Street and 2 Melbourne Avenue, in Toronto’s Parkdale neighbourhood.
