L'investisseur immobilier canadien BentallGreenOak et le groupe Partners, basé en Suisse, ont acquis un site de 2 307 mètres carrés dans le sud de Brisbane pour développer le premier de ce qu'ils disent être un portefeuille australien de construction à louer comprenant jusqu'à 1 500 unités.
