TORONTO (November 27, 2025) – BGO, a leading global investment manager and provider of real estate services, today announced the acquisition of Blueprint Residences, a newly constructed multi-family residential community in Victoria, British Columbia. The transaction, comprising four buildings and over 218,000 sq. ft. strengthens the firm’s growing national portfolio of high-quality rental housing in markets with strong economic and demographic fundamentals. BGO’s flagship Core strategy acquired the asset in partnership with its valued partner and separately managed account client, The Equitable Life Insurance Company of Canada.
Located at 15-23 Erskine Lane in View Royal, Blueprint Residences consists of 336 purpose-built, newly constructed rental units. The property offers residents modern, condo-quality finishes, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, and outdoor amenities. The site is adjacent to Victoria General Hospital, with convenient access to Downtown Victoria via the Trans-Canada Highway and nearby public transit.

Blueprint Residences was developed by WestUrban Developments Ltd., a Western Canadian builder with a track record of more than 25 multifamily projects since 2017.
