BGO Properties grows third-party management business with new 299,000 sq. ft. office mandate from Westminster Management Corporation

Vancouver (July 7, 2026) – BGO Properties, the Canadian property management, operations, leasing, and services division of BGO, today announced a new third-party property management mandate from Westminster Management Corporation (WMC) encompassing 299,000 square feet of office space across two well-located assets serving the Downtown Vancouver and North Shore markets. This new relationship continues the growth of BGO Properties’ third-party management business and builds on the scale of its national platform, which manages over 430 properties totalling more than 66 million square feet.

Under the mandate, BGO Properties will provide property management and leasing services for the following two office buildings:

  • 1090 West Georgia Street, Vancouver — a 16-storey, 145,000-square-foot multi-tenant property located at the corner of West Georgia and Thurlow Streets in Vancouver's Financial District. Benefitting from recent capital improvements, the building offers a range of tenant amenities, including a fitness facility, common boardroom, secure bicycle storage and end-of-trip facilities. The building's tenant mix includes professional services, legal, financial, and corporate office users. It is centrally located in one of Canada's premier downtown office markets, with convenient access to transit, retail, and some of Vancouver’s best restaurants and hotels.
  • 221 West Esplanade, North Vancouver — a six-storey, 154,000-square-foot office property situated adjacent to Lonsdale Quay in the heart of Lower Lonsdale, one of the North Shore's most established commercial nodes. The building serves a diverse tenant base spanning engineering, technology, professional services, healthcare and government, supported by an on-site childcare facility and recently upgraded common amenities. Its location provides direct access to the SeaBus, transit, Lower Lonsdale’s rapidly growing commercial district, and the amazing collection of restaurants and public gathering areas of The Shipyards.

Alongside its management mandate, BGOP will advance capital initiatives focused on tenant experience, operational excellence, and sustained asset value.
