MADRID, February 3, 2026 – BGO Strategic Capital Partners, the secondaries investment management business of BGO, has invested alongside Argis Asset Management in a 440-unit flex-living portfolio, comprising two centrally located assets in Madrid.
The portfolio includes a newly delivered flex-living asset in central Madrid and a second asset undergoing conversion from office to flex-living in a well-established business and exhibition district. The assets are designed to serve short- and mid-stay demand and benefit from strong transport connectivity and proximity to employment hubs, cultural venues, and leisure amenities.
The investment provides BGO Strategic Capital Partners with exposure to a de-risked value-add strategy in one of Europe’s fastest-growing urban living markets. The partnership with Argis draws on the firm’s local development and operating expertise, supporting near-term income generation and long-term growth.
