CoStar News: Welput Presses Spec Button on £1 Billion Offices Makeover of Former London House of Fraser
Welput, the specialist central London offi ce fund managed by BentallGreenOak, hascommitted to develop a 470,000-square-foot ultra-sustainable offi ce in Victoria, thelargest speculative offi ce scheme to come forward in London since the pandemicstarted.
The development, to which Welput is attaching a gross development value of £1billion , will rework the former House of Fraser department store and offi ces at 105Victoria Street on the south side of Victoria Street, which also has frontages toArtillery Row, Howick Place and Wilcox Place.
