National Post: On the map: Rent-or-buy towers with studio space coming to Parkdale
Parkdale has long been the stomping grounds of Toronto artists and makers. Now BentallGreenOak in partnership with Hullmark is transforming the eastern end of the neighbourhood with Radiator, a community hub and residential complex that features maker spaces in its buildings. The intention is to draw in the community rather than dislocate its members through gentrification.
