BentallGreenOak successfully closes on the sale of Torri Moretti, a 6,000 sqm office building in Rome’s Piazzale Flaminio

Rome, (August 5, 2021) — BentallGreenOak (BGO) announced the sale of 100% of the units of the GO Italia IV Fund, which owns Torri Moretti, a 6 storey, 6,000 sq meter office building located in Rome’s Piazzale Flaminio. The GO Italia IV Fund has been sold to Reale Immobili. Torri Moretti is a modern architectural landmark centrally located in the capital and is partially let to the leading Italian banking group, Banco BPM.

BentallGreenOak continues to grow its position in the Italian commercial real estate market with several other active funds and plans for more activity in the future.

Kervis Asset Management advised the seller, and GO Italia IV was managed by DeA capital SGR.
