Intersect Development Group Closes Sale of Greensboro Logistics Facility to BentallGreenOak
Atlanta-based Intersect Development Group (“Intersect”) announced today that it has finalized the sale of its 475,935 sq ft., Class “A”, cross-dock logistics facility in Whitsett, NC to BentallGreenOak, a leading, global real estate investment management company.
Located on Konica Drive, and sitting directly on I-85 / I-40, the building represented Intersect’s first major project and it was completed in February 2022. Duke Energy of the Carolinas will be a primary tenant.

The corridor from Charlotte through Greensboro to Raleigh has seen consistent population growth over the last decade and we are proud to be part of that growth. Intersect’s additional projects that are in development include a Phase II in Greensboro, NC, a Phase II in Huntsville, AL, new developments in Gastonia, NC and a multi-phase project outside Orlando, FL.
