BGO Properties donates $120,000 to Kids Help Phone in support of delivering mental health care in 100+ languages across Canada
Toronto (December 15, 2023) – BGO Properties, the real estate property management and leasing services line of business for BGO in Canada, announced today that for the second straight year, it has exceeded its fundraising target with a donation of more than $120,000 CAD to Kids Help Phone (KHP) across its national portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily residential properties. The donation was made possible by the graciousness of BGO Properties’ clients, tenants, and team members, in support of KHP programs and services, including support for newcomers to Canada.
As part of BGO Properties’ continuing commitment to Kids Help Phone, the firm’s 62+ million square feet of real estate assets property managed will have the opportunity to participate in awareness campaigns aimed at expanding access and understanding of Kids Help Phone’s services. Programming and tenant/resident engagement initiatives will further extend the reach of Kids Help Phone’s outreach efforts to assist with their mandate in communities across Canada, which includes a focus on awareness among trusted adults.
