BGO Cold Chain, the cold storage division of BGO, has acquired Medley Cold Logistics, a 178,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse in Miami, Florida. Fully leased to Quirch Foods, the facility features 32-foot clear heights, 29 loading docks, and 116,000 square feet of freezer space. Strategically located on 15 acres, it offers convenient access to Florida’s Turnpike, U.S. Route 27, and Miami’s major transportation hubs, including the airport and port. The site also presents opportunities for expansion to meet future tenant needs.
This acquisition adds to BGO Cold Chain's growing portfolio in Florida, which includes SkyChefs Cold Storage in Miami and new developments in Tampa and Jacksonville.
