BGO is finalizing its fifth version of a proprietary analytics model designed to predict market performance and guide asset selection. This approach has led to successful investments in cold storage, data centers, and infrastructure assets, including a $74 million investment with Related Group and a $60 million cold-storage facility in Miami.
Despite industry headwinds, BGO has demonstrated disciplined conviction, choosing to divest office assets lacking long-term potential and leaning into innovation in global markets. The firm is also expanding abroad with cloud infrastructure investments in Norway. As Kalsi notes, BGO’s strategy favors calculated action: “You have to have the guts to jump.”
