Green Street News: BGO Properties deepens leadership bench with three new execs

BGO Properties has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of three seasoned executives, reinforcing its commitment to operational excellence and long-term growth. Marlene Farias joins as national vice president of sustainability and technical services, bringing more than 20 years of experience from JLL. Stephen Smith steps in as principal of commercial property management and leasing for British Columbia, with a strong background from Wesgroup Properties, Manulife, and Oxford Properties. Jeff Wilson, formerly of Westdell Development, has been named vice president of property management for the Greater Toronto Area.
These strategic hires, announced by Michelle Brown, managing director and head of BGO Properties, are aimed at deepening client and tenant relationships while differentiating BGO in a competitive market. All three executives report to Steve Michniewicz, managing director of national commercial property management. With decades of industry expertise, their leadership is set to drive regional growth and strengthen BGO’s market presence.
