IPE: BentallGreenOak targets gender parity by 2030
BentallGreenOak has set a target to achieve a 50/50 gender balance throughout its corporate leadership structure by the next decade.
The $69bn (€60bn) global real estate manager with 1,300 employees has announced its commitment to achieving gender parity by 2030. It has partnered with the Paradigm for Parity, a coalition of business leaders dedicated to addressing the leadership gender gap.
