BGO Cold Chain, the cold storage division of BGO, has acquired Medley Cold Logistics, a 178,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Miami, Florida. Fully leased to Quirch Foods, this state-of-the-art warehouse features 32-foot clear heights, 29 loading docks, and 116,000 square feet of freezer space. Located on 15 acres with strategic access to Florida’s Turnpike, U.S. Route 27, and Miami’s major transportation hubs, the facility is poised to support tenant growth with expansion opportunities.
This acquisition reinforces BGO Cold Chain’s expanding footprint in Florida’s cold storage market, including assets such as SkyChefs Cold Storage in Miami and other projects in Tampa and Jacksonville.
