BentallGreenOak’s Italian fund GO Italia VI successfully closes on disposition of Turin, Italy, logistics portfolio

MILAN, June 21, 2021 — GO Italia VI, a real estate investment fund managed by DeA Capital SGR and fully invested by BentallGreenOak (BGO), has sold a portfolio of three brand-new Grade-A logistics assets in Turin, Italy. The sale of the portfolio comes significantly ahead of the target and delivers a remarkable outcome for DeA Capital SGR, BGO and its investors.

The three assets offer a total GLA of 156,300 sq. m, including: a 60,300 sq. m warehouse leased to an international tire brand on a 10-year term, a 80,800 sq. m warehouse that was developed on a speculative basis, and a 15,300 sq. m warehouse within SITO Turin Interporto leased to a 3PL on a 12-year term.

The assets were successfully completed on schedule between the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021. The state-of-the art logistics assets were developed with specifications to meet the needs of today’s occupiers, consistent with BGO’s Italian and pan-European experience as a developer and manager of class-A logistics assets.
