LONDON – (February 24, 2026) – BGO Strategic Capital Partners, the Secondaries Investment Management business of BGO, has partnered with LRC Group, a vertically integrated fund manager specialized in the UK residential sector, to invest in a 2,100-unit UK multifamily portfolio, comprising existing assets and add-on acquisitions primarily across Greater London.
The investment includes 19 newly built and recently refurbished residential buildings located in established, well-connected submarkets with strong rental fundamentals. The portfolio is substantially leased, generates immediate cash flow, and offers scope for long-term income growth.
